What we inspect
We evaluate the accessible structure and major systems to help you understand the home’s condition at the time of the inspection. Findings, access limitations, and recommendations are documented in your report.

Infrared imaging helps us identify temperature differences that may warrant further investigation, such as patterns associated with moisture or electrical concerns. It supports the visual inspection; it cannot see through walls or reveal every hidden defect.

Yes. Whit Green Home Inspections includes thermal imaging with home inspections. It helps identify temperature patterns that may warrant closer evaluation. It does not see through walls or guarantee that every concealed issue will be found.
